We’ll deliver Your purchase to your home by using DHL express shipping services ( Or some of our other official shipping partners ), to the address of your choice .

Order dispatch location: Orders are dispatched from warehouses in Europe or Asia, depending where the model stock is stored at a specific time. Order dispatch location depends on the delivery address, brand and stock location for optimal delivery. Regardless of the order dispatch location the responsibility of clearing the customs and paying the acquiring fees subjected to the shipment lies with the client.

Even though DialOutlet are able of shipping almost every order in the timeframe specified, in some rare circumstances our shipping capacity can be exceeded, causing a delay of one extra day. If a situation as this occurs, your order will be marked for extra priority delivery on the same day and we will deliver your order as soon as possible with extra attention.

Order cancelation once processing is not available within the same day of shipment, If a situation as this occurs, the order must be delivered and if requested return process started from this point.

DialOutlet is unable to provide compensation in the case of late deliveries. Compensation will not be provided for consequential losses (For example, if the item is intended as a gift and you purchased the same item from some other retailer).

If your order is automatically returned to us (e.g., incorrect address), then DialOutlet and DHL express shipping carrier ( Or some of our other official shipping partner) will inform you as soon as possible via phone or email when the item is received, or some of the additional information is needed . You will be given a choice as to whether the item is shipped out again, or a refund is processed. Please note, for items that are undelivered through fault of the customer (e.g., incorrect address), DialOutlet and the appropriate shipping carrier reserve the right to deduct our outwardly shipping fees from the refund total.
