To apply for a warranty as well as for Return / Repair request a customer is obligated to provide a copy of our original invoice. All shipping and handling costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please note that the warranty is valid with the request a customer only and is not applicable to the third party.
Our service quality and your satisfaction is very important to us, therefore If for some reason, you would like to return an unused original order, we will surely accept it within 30 days of the order date. We expect to return your product in the best condition in the minimum amount of time. Please expect a few weeks turnaround for standard warranty repair, that warranty service includes issue detection, product parts acquiring and testing as well.
