While the vast majority of items do arrive on time, there are occasional postage delays, especially at Busier times of the year. Invariably domestic orders will turn up within a shorter amount of days, but if after 14 working days your item hasn't arrived please email dialoutlet@gmail.com . We will begin a lost in post claim, and issue you with either a replacement or a refund immediately.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. However we will not accept refunds or exchanges for watches that have missing parts. Please note if you have received a faulty item this must be reported within 7 days after receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We operate a full 30 days refund policy, where if you change your mind on any purchase you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund. All we ask is that the watch is returned to us unworn.

All of our refunds are processed on the same day that the item is returned to us, but some refunds may take slightly longer to process depending on a time period. The returns department will process all refunds as soon as possible. We ask for up to 7 working days for refunds to be processed. We provide you with full support after your purchase. In this case, you can apply for a warranty which covers watch movement and battery replacement. If the problem is small customer can take the watch to the local watch repairmen and we would cover all expenses. Like battery change. If there is some bigger problem, the customer can send the watch back to us for repair and we will return it back fixed to you.
While Our head office is located in Europe, the logistics center and our main warehouses are located in Asia. In most cases, items are dispatched from there
